The photos, planned out by Senri, showed us wearing our uniforms, casually standing under the blue sky, looking in different directions.

Senri; Ohhhhhh! These are great, they look so cool! The colours really came through! I knew this simple approach would look good! Our popularity’s definitely gonna explode now!

Takaomi; ...Lame. They're stupid. It stinks of some subculture band with a gloomy sound and a bunch of poser fans.

Shigure; However, since it isn’t overly dramatic, it attracts the eye and leaves an impression, doesn’t it?

Touji; Hm. I am the only one who looks out of place… The fact that I cannot allow myself to remove my disguise is heart-wrenching...

Takaomi; We can already put on a solid concert as we are now. If we let too many people in, we’d just have more problems to deal with.

Touji; Speaking of which, where has Kuma-senpai gone? I don’t believe I’ve seen him since the auditions ended…

Shigure; He’s probably at the airport by now.

Touji; The airport?

Shigure; It seems he’s taking a hot air balloon in America, then observing the lights of India.

Senri; Huh???

Takaomi; All I got outta that is that I don’t get it.

Shigure; Participating in strange festivals seems to be the president’s daily life.

Touji; Do you mean to say that… Kuma-senpai only came back to Japan to audition new members for the club?

Shigure; That’s correct. I would advise you to avoid reading too deeply into what the president says and does. Moving on, what remains for the rest of you to do is celebrate the other day’s concert.

Morning-- well, it was already afternoon.

I’d just woken up, and was absently washing my face in the bathroom.

I finished washing my face with lukewarm water, and wiped it with an organic towel Meme sent me from France.

Minato; ….Aaah. Refreshing.

As I met my own eyes in the mirror for the first time, I noticed black ink spattered here and there.

Minato; Aw~ Kasuka poured ink out in the bathroom again.

Need a towel… but, I don’t want it to get dirty. I took out a high quality wet wipe I got from a modeling job, and wiped the mirror with it.

Minato; Oh~, it came off. --Yep, all clean ♪

This is the beginning of one of many normal, peaceful days.

I got to school after third period, during the break, and when I walked into the classroom Shion-chan and Shigure were gathered by Yanagi’s desk.

...Looks like they’re reading a book.

Minato; Good morning~

Yanagi; Morning, Minato.

Shigure; You’re late.

Minato; Then, good late morning~

Shinya; Ahaha, good late morning, Minato-kun.

Minato; You look like you’re having fun, what are you talking about?

Yanagi; I’m thinking of growing something new in the greenhouse.

Minato; Hm~ nice. The strawberries you grew were delicious. What’s that book?

Yanagi; It’s a catalog of plants you can cultivate in a greenhouse.

I peered into the thick catalogue laying open on Yanagi’s desk--

Minato; Hm? What’s this “request form”?

Yanagi; I was asking my sweeties their opinions, then decided to ask the first years on a whim, and I received this request sheet from an oddly shaken Touji.

Minato; Hm~

The paper had “name” and “what you want grown next” written on it.

Minato; ...Senri said, “Something high quality like melon”, Yuma said, “If I can eat it, I’ll be happy with anything”, and Touji said… Huh? “What would an exquisitely beautiful girl be happy to receive?” -is what he wrote.

Yanagi; Haha. He answered a question with a question, huh?

Minato; All the first years are so cute.

Yanagi; If you have a request, you can write it anywhere there’s space. I’ll go over it with my sweeties later.

Minato; Wow~ You’re really motivated, Yanagi.

Yanagi; Rather than motivation… in gardening, it’s best not to waste too much time thinking in vain about it. If you raise flowers with love, they’ll respond in kind.

Shinya; That’s really nice that you raise plants as a hobby, Yanagi-kun… Maybe I should pick something up too? There’s research showing that people who can immerse themselves in their hobbies are less stressed.

Minato; But Shin-chan, aren’t you a doctor?

Shinya; Yeah… I don’t know if that’s a hobby, though? I wish I had something more like Yanagi-kun has, something relaxing that makes me think “this is a perfect fit for me”.

Shinya; Do you have something you’ve been into lately, Minato-kun?

In the morning, I wake up. I wipe the ink off the mirror. I come to school and chat with everyone like this. After school, I hang out with Yanagi-kun or some girls and have a nap. Sometimes I have modeling work. In the evening, I absentmindedly listen to Kasuka’s incantations or watch him write talismans, and sometimes we chat.

Scenes of my daily life drifted through my head.

Minato; Yeah. I’m having fun right now--

I suddenly heard someone laughing. I thought Chizu wanted to join the conversation, but he was looking at me with a sort of mean face.

Chizuru; “Everything is fun”- wouldn’t that imply nothing is fun?

Minato; Um……. Huh?

Yanagi; Did you come to pick a fight?

Chizuru; Although I’m more interested in water fleas than in what you care to grow in the green house, for Jin-san’s sake, I simply wanted to caution you against allowing any pest outbreaks. Excuse me.

Chizu abruptly turned his face away and left the classroom.

Yanagi; Fufu. Chizuru’s hobby is Jin-san, huh.
